Within about a week, we received the email with the converted videos and we were blown away. He kept us updated via text through the whole process which proved he could be trusted with my wife's videos. He explained the quote to us and went over in detail what the process was like.

The video quality came out worse than the original format, the sound wasn't synced correctly, and just looked sloppy. We were hesitant with the process at first after watching a few YouTube videos from other people that had their cassettes converted from one of the big box stores. We converted 18 of my wife's childhood home cassette tapes to digital format. I have nothing but great things to say about Got Memories. We would have never been able to share in the real life action of me as a child( time he and I missed) without Got Memories help.I can't say enough good abt this company.Thank you Got Memories for going above and beyond for me. The DVD was superb quality and very easy to use.It was such a touching experience for my brother and sister in law and my family. Everything was numbered, indexed, and clean. They reassured my hesitancy about shipping and explained the process in detail.They even put a rush on so it would be here in time for my brothers visit.When the movies arrived I was so excited.
They were happy to get the reels put on DVD. Upon talking with them they were so encouraging and excited for me. I called Got memories after looking at other places bc they had the best processing and details on how they cared for your treasured items. I remembered I had several super 8 reels of home movies from when I was little. I recent found my biological family after 50 years(I was adopted at birth and a secret.) My brother was coming for a visit.
